Brad Eldeen Logistics is proud to announce our Employee Pathway Program. We feel that the employer and employee can gain valuable insight into the training process through mutual career planning.
Every agent candidate will start in the dispatch department and train for a period of approximately three (3) months. During this training period our goal is to gradually show the employee our business at the ground level. We hope that during this period both parties can address any areas for improvement and resolve those issues prior to moving into the Developmental Period.
Upon the successful completion of dispatch training the agent will move into the Developmental Period. Here the agent will spend three approximately (3) months developing a book of business from the ground up. Agents will spend time working warm leads such as inactive accounts and working on rate requests from our state of the art Lead Generation Tool. Agents will also generate their own leads by calling new customers and offering our services. With a combined approach to sales we find that our Agents are more successful than that of our peers. Based on the sales performance Management and the Agent will then decide the agents pathway.
There are two available pathways for the Agent:
Inside Agent:
Paid annual salary to manage book of business until target gross profit is reached. After the Agent reaches the target gross profit goals the compensation changes to Salary + 10% commission. Salary is paid bi-weekly and commission paid on a monthly basis. Inside Agents are eligible to receive Health, Dental, and Vision benefits as well as a Simple IRA contribution of 2% annually from Brad Eldeen Logistics.
Commissioned Agent:
Paid bi-weekly commissions at 40% of gross profit. All office supplies and commuications charges are company paid. Commissioned Agents are eligible to receive Health, Dental, and Vision benefits as well as a Simple IRA contribution of 2% annually from Brad Eldeen Logistics.
Summary of eligible agent pathways:
#1 Dispatch -> Developmental Period -> Commissioned Agent -> Network FOB Agent
#2 Dispatch -> Developmental Period -> Inside Agent -> Director of Agents
#3 Dispatch -> Developmental Period -> CA or IA-> Director of Agents -> Branch Manager
